simple café’s mission is two fold:  1) to deliver an exceptional breakfast and lunch experience to our customers, co-workers, and community through the benefits of cooking with locally produced ingredients and 2) to create awareness about, teach, inspire, foster a greater sense of community and connectedness to the land and the sources of our food.
